Job summary

Saint-Gobain in the United States seeks an IT Senior Systems Analyst – Finance to design, support, and enhance SAP ERP and related finance applications, partnering with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to drive value.

You will lead process improvements, manage small to mid-size projects, ensure SOX compliance, and provide ongoing support including testing, documentation, and training across FI/CO/CO-PA.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years configuring, supporting, and/or implementing SAP ECC and S/4HANA FI/CO/CO-PA.
• Advanced CO-PA expertise and integration with PP/MM/SD modules.
• Strong SOX/SOD and internal control knowledge.
• Ability to lead projects from requirements to post-go-live support.
• Collaborates with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and business leaders to analyze processes and design system solutions.
• Drive process improvements and best practices across SAP and related apps.
• Provide ongoing support for finance systems, including troubleshooting and service requests.
• Configure enhancements while ensuring SOX and internal controls compliance.
• Coordinate testing activities (unit, integration, regression, UAT) and document results.
• Develop system documentation, training materials, and support resources.
• Lead or support IT projects through all phases from requirements to post-go-live.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects with scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external consultants for project success.
