Job summary

MKS Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong SAP FICO expertise to manage end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and ongoing support across multiple geographies including the USA, Europe, and APAC.

You will bridge business requirements with SAP system architecture, ensuring compliance and accurate financial reporting in a complex, multi-entity environment. Onsite in Andover, MA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/MBA in finance or commerce related field required or preferred.
• Experience in SAP FI/CO, Treasury and tax applications with 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO across global projects.
• Configure SAP FI components: GL, AP, AR, Tax, Treasury, Audit processes.
• Configure SAP CO components: Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA.
• Support SAP Project System (PS) cost flow and settlement processes.
• Bridge business requirements with SAP system architecture and ensure multi-entity compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align SAP solutions with business goals.
• Manage large SAP FICO projects ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with IT and business users for testing, documentation, and training.
