Job summary

Saint-Gobain in the United States seeks a Sr. Analyst, Accounting & Reporting to support general accounting, close, financial reporting and controls. You will lead or assist projects that improve efficiency and automation while coordinating with the SSC, BU, and service provider teams.

You will influence cross‑functional partners, manage multiple projects, and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal controls. Domestic US focus with strong collaboration and problem-solving required.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration/Accounting is required; advanced degree is a plus.
• CPA or CMA certification is advantageous.
• 5–10 years of general accounting experience in a large, complex international business.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close, approve journals, reconciliations and reports.
• Serve as senior lead supporting SSC accounting with services provider.
• Act as point of contact with customer management and staff.
• Ensure timely delivery of closing results to management.
• Monitor GL activity and ensure timely reconciliations.
• Ensure SIF packages are accurate and compliant with controls.
• Support tax, treasury and government reporting.
• Maintain internal controls per ICRF and GAAP/IFRS guidelines.
• Assist with special projects and audits as needed.
