Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP Finance Solution Architect to lead end-to-end finance transformation using SAP S/4HANA Cloud. You will partner with business stakeholders and executives to define future-state architectures, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and digital transformation goals.

Strong leadership and global delivery experience are essential. The role requires deep SAP Finance expertise, hands-on S/4HANA Cloud experience, and the ability to manage offshore/onshore

Qualifications

• 9–11 years of SAP Finance consulting, solution architecture and transformation experience.
• Deep expertise in SAP Finance including GL, AP, AR, FA, Tax, CO; experience with SAP New GL and S/4HANA Finance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, with Public Cloud implementations.
• Experience leading global delivery teams and onsite/offshore resources.
• Strong ability to communicate with C-level stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of SAP Finance solutions across complex transformation programs.
• Define enterprise finance architectures, COA, governance, and operating models.
• Partner with executives to translate objectives into scalable SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
• Provide architecture leadership across design, data management, testing, and deployment.
• Lead client workshops and executive presentations while guiding project delivery.
• Manage onsite and offshore delivery teams to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Mentor team members on architecture and delivery best practices.
• Drive adoption of emerging SAP and digital finance capabilities.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and stakeholder management with executive presence.
