Job summary

Accenture is seeking a finance-minded SAP ERP Consultant to transform core accounting and finance operations on SAP S/4HANA. You will blend deep SAP Finance knowledge with strong delivery and stakeholder skills.

You will design and configure end-to-end Finance solutions across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Product Costing, engage stakeholders, drive data cleansing, testing, and cutover readiness in a Global Delivery model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of SAP Finance experience including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and/or Product Costing.
• 3 years experience with SAP Asset Accounting / Fixed Assets incl capitalization and depreciation.
• 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA or SAP Finance implementations in a configuration, functional, or delivery role.
• 3 years of finance transformation consulting experience including process design and close optimization.
• 1 year experience serving utilities clients or in a utilities finance function.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

Responsibilities

• Engage with client Finance stakeholders to translate pain points into SAP S/4HANA Finance requirements.
• Contribute to business cases, roadmaps, and client presentations that articulate SAP value.
• Design and configure end-to-end Finance solutions across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Product Costing.
• Analyze finance process data to inform design, cleanse legacy data, and validate cutover readiness.
• Execute and coordinate system testing, defect triage, cutover activities, and hypercare.
• Apply SAP’s Business AI capabilities and GenAI use cases to finance delivery.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams in a Global Delivery model and mentor juniors.
