Job summary

Accenture is seeking a finance-minded SAP ERP Consultant to lead SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations for CFOs and controllers. You will blend GL/Sub-ledger expertise with strong consulting and delivery skills, guiding cross-functional teams and offshore partners to align priorities and deliver scalable finance solutions.

You will design end-to-end Finance processes, configure S/4HANA components, and drive value through improved close, controls, and reporting. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of functional experience in SAP Finance incl. GL/AP/AR.
• Hands-on SAP Asset Accounting / Fixed Assets experience.
• 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA or SAP Finance implementations.
• 3+ years in finance transformation consulting.
• 1+ year serving Industrial clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage Finance stakeholders to translate pain points into SAP S/4HANA Finance requirements.
• Contribute to business cases, roadmaps, and CFO-focused proposals.
• Design and configure end-to-end Finance solutions across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Product Costing.
• Analyze finance data and inform design, cleans data, validate cutover readiness.
• Coordinate testing, defect triage, cutover activities and hypercare.
• Apply GenAI in finance delivery to improve close, controls, and reporting.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams in a Global Delivery model.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to internal assets and best practices.
