Job summary

Accenture is seeking a finance-minded SAP ERP Consultant to transform core accounting and finance operations on SAP S/4HANA. You will work across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Product Costing, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions.

You will engage with CFOs and controllers, translate priorities into SAP Finance requirements, and guide users through new ways of working while coordinating testing and cutover activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of functional experience in SAP Finance (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and/or Product Costing).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Asset Accounting/Fixed Assets including depreciation and capitalization.
• 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA or SAP Finance implementations in a configuration, functional, or delivery role.
• 3 years of finance transformation consulting experience (design, controllership, close optimization, or CFO advisory).
• 1 year or more experience serving Energy clients or industry.

Responsibilities

• Engage with client Finance stakeholders to translate pain points into SAP Finance requirements.
• Contribute to business cases, roadmaps, and client presentations for CFO agenda.
• Design and configure end-to-end Finance solutions across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Product Costing in SAP S/4HANA.
• Analyze finance process data to inform design and validate cutover readiness.
• Coordinate testing, cutover activities, and hypercare for SAP Finance releases.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams in a Global Delivery model.
• Coach analysts and contribute to internal assets and SAP Finance best practices.
