Job summary

Databricks Inc. is hiring a Product Manager to define the SAP platform strategy and build an intelligent agentic automation layer on top of SAP.

You will align Finance and Engineering to transform SAP-backed processes into AI-powered, streamlined workflows that reduce manual effort and surface actionable insights. In this role, you will own the backlog, drive SAP platform evolution, and collaborate with data teams to ensure a scalable, governed data foundation for finance operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or product ownership experience.
• Specialist domain expertise in SAP and SAP business processes.
• Hands-on experience with agentic automation and advanced AI concepts.
• Strong data fluency on modern data platforms including SAP data extraction and modeling.
• Strategic and thought leadership in product domains.
• Knowledge of SAP governance: authorizations, SoD, SOX, audit requirements.
• Comfort leading through ambiguity with complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP & Intelligent Automation strategy and roadmap.
• Lead the AI & agentic layer on top of SAP with engineering and data teams.
• Unify SAP data in the lakehouse, including ingestion, modeling, lineage, and governance.
• Serve as Product Owner, manage backlog, acceptance criteria, and release planning.
• Be the domain leader for core SAP areas and connect with SAP ecosystem components.
• Define success metrics and use data-driven insights for rapid iteration.
• Influence Finance, Procurement, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and leadership on the automated product vision.
