Job summary

Databricks is seeking an SAP Functional SME to own the design of core finance processes on S/4HANA and to shape AI-enabled automation across Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash. You will bridge Finance and Engineering to deliver a modern, automated finance experience at scale.

You will lead discovery workshops, configure S/4HANA, and define requirements for an intelligent layer that automates routine work while ensuring governance, auditability, and human oversight where needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP functional consulting experience across at least one full S/4HANA lifecycle.
• Strong experience with Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, or Order-to-Cash domains.
• Experience leading process discovery, AS-IS/TO-BE design and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process discovery and AS-IS/TO-BE design for core finance processes.
• Configure S/4HANA and define master-data strategy to support standard capabilities.
• Drive process intelligence initiatives using SAP Process Intelligence to quantify opportunities.
