Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG seeks an experienced Finance Systems Specialist to support SAP FICO, COPA and Esprit across multiple regions. You will drive financial close tasks, data conversions, and system enhancements bridging controllers with IT teams.

Engage with business and IT across geographies to design and implement robust, compliant finance solutions and maintain SAP-based processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance systems or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Support all financial systems maintenance tasks including VAR EHP, P58(COPA), FDM and Esprit; document requirements and processes.
• Coordinate with finance controllers and IT deployment teams to enable integrated operations from SAP Finance, Controlling, Treasury, Tax and other related applications.
• Define business requirements with finance and accounting stakeholders; analyze issues and design cost-effective solutions; develop test plans and validate data conversions.
• Guide the team on design, testing and deployment of financial solutions and maintenance tasks for the SHS-ACPR competence center.
• Support seamless financial close and ensure accuracy of SAP FICO consolidation tasks.

This position is critical for ACPR-Finance Systems department to support financial close w.r.t. all finance systems month end tasks, Delegation of Authority Tasks and drive accounting integration and automation projects that includes P58(COPA) and Esprit systems. The candidate is also expected to coordinate with local accounting managers, corporate functions and with IT deployment teams to enable integrated operations from SAP Finance, Controlling, Treasury, Tax and other related applications. This is a global role, and person is expected to work with people across different business areas and geographies.

Overall responsibility is to work closely with business and IT teams to support all finance systems maintenance tasks including VAR EHP, P58(COPA), FDM and Esprit and understand and document the requirements, process flows, test proposed solutions for new initiatives and bridge the gap between controllers and IT implementation specialists

• Support all Financial systems mainly SAP Finance and Controlling module (SAP FICO) – The major systems are SAP P58(COPA), Esprit, FDM, SAP EHP etc.,
• Support SHS Project Pathfinder related tasks.
• Support Delegation of Authority tasks
• Define business requirements by working with finance and accounting controllers, analyze and document issues and/or requirements and contribute to cost effective solutions in the areas of finance and accounting by testing the solutions. Develop test scenarios, process flow, test plans & other documentation. Validate SAP finance data conversions, system enhancements & any development for financial and operational integrity.
• Guide the team on the overall design, testing and deployment of financial solutions and maintenance tasks w.r.t SHS-ACPR competence center.
• Guide and support the team for seamless financial close.
• Hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules including consolidation.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree with a focus on Finance or Accounting or other relevant fields with minimum 10 years of relevant experience. CPA or MBA
