Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Senior Manager to lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs for clients across manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods, combining deep SAP EWM expertise with leadership.

You will own governance, strategy, and budgets; drive solution architecture and integration with SAP MM/SD/TM/PP and non-SAP systems; mentor junior consultants and build client capability, with travel up to 100% as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years SAP supply chain consulting
• 4+ years leading SAP EWM implementations
• 4+ years delivering EWM programs in the Consumer Goods industry
• Experience in Global Delivery model
• Consulting/Advisory background
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across geographies and business units
• Own overall program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management
• Drive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with client’s long-term supply chain strategy
• Oversee multiple workstreams and manage cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders
• Provide hands-on oversight of SAP EWM solution design including warehouse structure, putaway and picking strategies, labor management, and MFS/automation integration
• Review and approve functional specifications, configuration docs, and test scripts
• Drive integration design across SAP MM, SD, TM, PP, and non-SAP systems (WCS, robotics, conveyors)
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation
• Mentor junior consultants and build client capability throughout the engagement
• Travel may be required (0–100% depending on business need)
