Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Senior Manager to lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs for clients across manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods.

The ideal candidate combines deep SAP EWM functional expertise with strong leadership, client relationship management, and a track record of delivering complex SAP S/4HANA supply chain initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of SAP supply chain consulting experience.
• Minimum of 8 years full‑cycle SAP EWM implementations in a lead or program manager role.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering EWM programs in at least two of the following industries: pharmaceuticals/life sciences, consumer goods, retail, automotive, or industrials.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across multiple geographies and business units.
• Own overall program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management.
• Drive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with client's long‑term supply chain strategy.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and manage cross‑functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Provide hands‑on oversight of SAP EWM solution design including warehouse structure, process types, putaway and picking strategies, labor management, yard management, and MFS/automation integration.
• Review and approve functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts.
• Drive integration design across SAP MM, SD, TM, PP, and non‑SAP systems (WCS, robotics, conveyor systems).
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation.
• Mentor junior consultants and build client capability throughout the engagement.
