Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Senior Manager to lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs for clients across manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods. You will drive end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, govern timelines and budgets, and shape solution architecture to align with long-term supply chain strategy.

Lead cross-functional teams, mentor consultants, oversee integration with SAP MM/SD/TM/PP and non-SAP systems, and manage SIT/UAT and cutover

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of SAP supply chain consulting experience.
• Minimum of 4 years managing full-cycle SAP EWM implementations in a lead or program manager role.
• Minimum of 4 years delivering EWM programs in the Consumer Goods Industry.
• Prior experience leading teams in a Global Delivery model.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; Associate’s Degree with 6 years acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across geographies and business units.
• Own governance, delivery timelines, budget and risk management.
• Drive solution architecture decisions aligned with client supply chain strategy.
• Oversee cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on SAP EWM design oversight including warehouse structure and putaway/picking strategies.
• Review functional specs, configuration documents, and test scripts.
• Drive integration design across SAP MM, SD, TM, PP and non-SAP systems.
