Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Senior Manager to lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs across industries. You will drive governance, architecture, and cross-functional delivery with teams of consultants and developers.

Role requires deep SAP EWM and S/4HANA expertise, strong leadership, and client relationship skills. Travel 0–100% may be required depending on client needs and location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of SAP supply chain consulting experience.
• Minimum of 4 years managing full-cycle SAP EWM implementations in a lead or program manager role.
• Minimum of 4 years delivering EWM programs in Pharmaceuticals/Life sciences.
• Experience leading teams in a Global Delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across geographies and units.
• Own program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management.
• Drive solution architecture decisions aligned with long-term supply chain strategy.
• Oversee cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee SAP EWM design including warehouse structure, putaway, labor, and MFS/automation integration.
• Review functional specs, configuration documents, and test scripts.
• Drive integration design across SAP MM, SD, TM, PP and non-SAP systems.
• Lead SIT, UAT, cutover planning; develop config and test documentation.
• Mentor junior consultants and build client capability; travel may be required (0–100%).
