Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP EWM transformation programs within our Technology Consulting practice. You will guide executive stakeholders, design strategies, oversee delivery, and nurture client relationships across complex engagements.

You’ll coach teams, manage budgets and resources, and drive continuous improvement while traveling up to 80% as required to support client projects across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 9+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation and transformation experience.
• Experience leading large SAP programs or multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP EWM transformation programs and complex workstreams.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on warehouse management and supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Manage engagement delivery including project planning, resource allocation, budget oversight, risk management and quality assurance.
• Facilitate executive discussions, workshops and business process transformation sessions.
• Define SAP EWM solution strategy, architecture, and roadmap recommendations.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation activities including design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Review and guide design of custom RICEF objects and functional specifications to address complex requirements.
• Coach, mentor and develop consulting teams while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to business development activities including client pursuits and thought leadership.
