Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in the SAP EWM domain within its Technology Consulting practice in the US. The role focuses on leading large-scale SAP EWM transformation programs, guiding senior client stakeholders, and driving delivery excellence across complex engagements.

You will shape warehouse strategy, oversee solution design, and lead multi-team implementation efforts to improve client operations. The role requires strong SAP EWM expertise, leadership, and a track record in delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 9+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation experience.
• Experience leading large SAP programs or multiple client engagements.
• Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
• Oversee program management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP EWM transformation programs and workstreams.
• Advise executives on warehouse and supply chain transformation.
• Manage end-to-end delivery including planning, budgeting, risk, and QA.
• Facilitate solution design workshops and BP transformation sessions.
• Define SAP EWM strategy and roadmap for clients.
• Oversee design, configuration, integration and testing activities.
• Coach and develop consulting teams; contribute to business development.
