Location is Anywhere in the country, with responsibilities to lead large‑scale SAP EWM transformation programs, engage executive stakeholders, and drive delivery excellence across complex engagements.

You will guide solution design, oversee implementation teams, and expand EY’s services through strategic opportunities. Travel up to 80% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 9+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on SAP EWM implementation and transformation experience.
• Experience leading large SAP programs or multiple client engagements.
• Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Direct large SAP EWM transformation programs and workstreams.
• Advise executive stakeholders on warehouse management and supply chain transformation.
• Oversee end‑to‑end implementation activities and architecture decisions.
• Mentor teams and contribute to business development efforts.
