Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Senior Manager to lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs. You will drive end-to-end SAP EWM implementations across geographies and business units, owning governance, timelines, budgets, and risk management.

You will mentor teams, influence solution architecture, and coordinate integration with SAP and non-SAP systems while aligning with the client's long-term supply chain strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP supply chain consulting experience.
• 4+ years managing full-cycle SAP EWM implementations in lead or program manager role.
• 4+ years delivering EWM programs in Pharmaceuticals/Life sciences.
• Experience leading teams in a Global Delivery model.
• Experience in Consulting/Advisory roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across geographies and business units.
• Own governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management.
• Drive solution architecture decisions aligned with client supply chain strategy.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Oversee SAP EWM design: warehouse structure, putaway/picking, labor management, yard management, MFS/automation integration.
• Review and approve functional specs, configurations, and test scripts.
• Drive integration design across SAP MM, SD, TM, PP and non-SAP systems (WCS, robotics, conveyors).
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation.
• Mentor junior consultants and build client capability; travel may be required 0–100%.
