Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Senior Manager to lead large-scale warehouse transformations. You will manage end-to-end SAP EWM programs across geographies, govern timelines and budgets, and guide architecture decisions aligned with long-term supply chain strategy.

The role requires 8+ years in SAP supply chain consulting and 4+ years in SAP EWM leadership, with strong client management and global delivery experience. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of SAP supply chain consulting experience.
• Minimum of 4 years managing full-cycle SAP EWM implementations in a lead or program manager role.
• Minimum of 4 years delivering EWM programs in the Consumer Goods Industry.
• Experience leading teams in a Global Delivery model.
• Experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across geographies and business units.
• Own governance, timelines, budget, and risk management for the program.
• Drive architecture decisions aligned with long-term supply chain strategy.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams of consultants and client stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on SAP EWM solution design including warehouse structures and putaway/picking strategies.
• Review specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts.
• Drive integration design across SAP modules and non-SAP systems.
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning with documentation.
