Valiant Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Senior SAP EWM AMS Consultant to lead AMS delivery, support, and production operations across Decentralized and Embedded SAP EWM environments.

The role requires hands-on AMS transition experience as a Receiving Lead from an incumbent vendor, strong incident management, and ability to coordinate onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality.

• Lead SAP EWM AMS delivery, application support, and production operations.
• Manage end-to-end AMS transition activities as a Receiving Lead from an incumbent vendor.
• Support and troubleshoot complex SAP EWM production issues while ensuring business continuity.
• Manage incident resolution, SLA compliance, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive actions.
• Follow ITIL processes and establish effective support and service governance practices.
• Provide functional expertise across inbound and outbound warehouse processes.
• Manage Handling Units (HU), Wave Management, RF Framework, Labor Management, Slotting, and Cross-Docking.
• Support Decentralized and Embedded SAP EWM environments.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore support teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to resolve issues and improve operations.

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP EWM AMS Consultant with strong Application Management Services (AMS) delivery and production support expertise. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience leading AMS transitions as a Receiving Lead from an incumbent vendor, along with deep functional knowledge of Decentralized and Embedded SAP EWM.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead SAP EWM AMS delivery, application support, and production operations.

Manage end-to-end AMS transition activities as a Receiving Lead from an incumbent vendor.

Support and troubleshoot complex SAP EWM production issues while ensuring business continuity.

Manage incident resolution, SLA compliance, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive actions.

Follow ITIL processes and establish effective support and service governance practices.

Mandatory Skills

Strong SAP EWM AMS delivery and production support experience.

Expertise in Decentralized and Embedded SAP EWM.

Strong incident management, SLA governance, RCA, and ITIL process knowledge.

Functional expertise in Inbound/Outbound, HU, Wave Management, RF, Labor Management, Slotting, and Cross-Docking.

Experience managing onsite/offshore teams and client stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proven experience managing critical production incidents and service delivery.

Ability to lead transition activities and maintain stable SAP EWM operations.
