Job summary

HW Staffing co in Sacramento, CA is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the ESL implementation for PP/PI, QM, Inventory Management and EWM across manufacturing and logistics operations.

You will manage project governance, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communications, testing, go-live support and stabilization, while coaching teams in Lean-Agile practices and ensuring successful adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years leading full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP/PP-PI, QM, Inventory Management, and EWM.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the SAP ESL implementation across PP/PP-PI, QM, Inventory Management, and EWM.
• Drive Fit-to-Standard and Fit/Gap workshops with cross-functional coordination.
• Partner with manufacturing, warehouse, quality, and supply chain teams to support core processes.
• Coordinate warehouse and logistics initiatives including automation and yard logistics.
• Lead systems integration, readiness assessments, testing, cutover planning, and change management.
• Develop project status reporting and executive communications; coach teams in Lean-Agile practices.
