Job summary

Cintas is seeking an SAP Analyst - Level 3 - EDI to support SAP and non‑SAP EDI environments in Mason, OH. The role leads requirements gathering, solution design, and complex SAP EDI configurations across the full lifecycle.

You will collaborate with business partners to evaluate options for risk and cost, define end‑to‑end testing strategies, and support releases with post‑release validation. This role requires strong SAP EDI expertise and hands‑on IDoc experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or technical field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP EDI customer and vendor support.
• Minimum 3 years of experience defining and leading functional and integration testing strategies.
• Minimum 3 years of process improvement experience for operational support systems.
• Experience communicating detailed technical and functional specifications.
• Experience with EDI documents 850, 855, 856, and 810.
• Experience with SAP IDoc processing, including creating new and extending EDI IDocs, ALE configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design for SAP and non‑SAP EDI integrations.
• Collaborate with business partners to analyze current processes and recommend optimized solutions.
• Evaluate system options with respect to risk, cost/benefit, and business impact.
• Design and implement complex SAP EDI configurations, including full lifecycle delivery.
• Define and lead end‑to‑end integration testing strategies.
• Support major and minor releases, including deployment and post‑release validation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex EDI incidents and lead root‑cause analysis.
• Ensure solutions align with IT long‑term strategy and architectural standards.
