Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership role with ability to understand SAP landscape, troubleshoot, and coordinate with offshore Reflections SAP team.

Responsibilities

• Own the on-site technical-functional SAP landscape, including architecture.
• Understand custom developments, integrations and business-critical processes.
• Provide senior-level production support / AMS, including incident and problem management.
• Understand and navigate cross-module integrations/dependencies particularly MM, SD/AFS and FICO.
• Work effectively to drive issues through to resolution.
• Document the SAP landscape, architecture, processes and integrations.
• Identify and close knowledge gaps to establish a sustainable long-term support model.

Job Title: Senior SAP ECC / BW Technical-Functional Lead

Location: Buffalo, New York, USA – On-site at Client Office

Position Overview

We are looking for an exceptionally strong Senior SAP ECC / S4 Hana migration project with

certification and knowledge of any module

Functional Lead / SAP Architect to act as the primary on-site SAP anchor for a complex,

business‑critical SAP environment

This is a hands‑on leadership role, not a traditional SAP Consultant position. The individual

should be able to quickly understand the existing SAP landscape, operate independently,

troubleshoot complex issues, and effectively coordinate with the Reflections offshore SAP

team, and other technology stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have

expertise/experience in Migration Projects ( Ecc to s4). ABAP and BW experience is good to

have.
