Job summary

TWT India Pvt Ltd. is seeking a Senior SAP ECC / BW Technical-Functional Lead to serve as the primary on-site SAP anchor for a complex, business-critical SAP environment.

This hands-on leadership role requires rapid understanding of the landscape, independent troubleshooting, and coordination with Reflections offshore SAP teams. The ideal candidate will have deep ECC, ABAP and BW expertise, with experience in cross-module dependencies (MM, SD/AFS, FICO) and a strong AMS background to sustain

Qualifications

• Strong SAP ECC, ABAP and BW expertise.
• AFS / Apparel & Footwear experience preferred.
• Experience in Apparel, Fashion, Retail or Consumer Products environments.
• Strong production support / AMS background in complex SAP landscapes.
• Experience with multiple external systems and complex integrations.
• Strong understanding of MM / Material Master, SD/AFS and FICO environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the on-site technical-functional SAP landscape, including architecture, custom developments, integrations and business-critical processes.
• Reverse-engineer the existing ECC environment where documentation is limited.
• Provide senior-level production support / AMS, including incident and problem management, RCA, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across ABAP, interfaces, jobs, RFCs, extractors, batch processes and third-party integrations.
• Lead SAP BW activities including data flows, extractors, transformations, loads and ECC-BW dependencies.
• Perform hands-on ABAP debugging, development, enhancement and technical troubleshooting.
• Navigate cross-module dependencies (MM, SD/AFS, FICO) and coordinate with offshore SMEs.
• Drive issues through to resolution and maintain productive on-site leadership.
