Job summary

Aquent is seeking an experienced SAP EAM professional to lead design, implementation, and optimization of Enterprise Asset Management solutions in an on-site role in Downtown Houston. You will drive full lifecycle SAP EAM projects from requirements to go-live and support, working with PM/SM and PS modules, performing workshops, gap analyses, and integration with other SAP and third-party applications.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in designing, customizing, testing, implementing, and managing enterprise asset management solutions/systems.
• Experience in a minimum of 2 full-cycle greenfield/brownfield SAP implementations.
• Proven experience with converting new acquisitions or mergers into existing technology platforms.
• Familiarity with current technology implementation patterns and best practices.
• Strong, persuasive communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders.
• Extensive experience and knowledge of integrating SAP enterprise modules with other SAP modules and third-party applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on functional configuration and design for SAP EAM, including PM/SM and PS modules.
• Drive full lifecycle SAP EAM implementations: requirements gathering, workshops, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, cutover, data migration, go-live, training, and support.
• Contribute to SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance processes by assessing current states and defining future-state business solutions.
• Translate business requirements into system design documents and implement them in SAP.
• Collaborate with EAM architects to identify opportunities for emerging technologies and advise leadership.
• Serve as liaison between client, vendors, project management, and technical teams for architecture questions and revisions.
• Guide fit/gap analysis and design decisions ensuring value delivery.
