Qualifikationen

• 8–12+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on EAM.
• Multiple full-cycle SAP EAM implementations preferred.
• SAP S/4HANA Asset Management Certification.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end SAP EAM implementations and enhancements.
• Define best-practice EAM processes aligned to business needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards.

Kenntnisse

Strong hands-on experience with SAP PM / EAM

Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA EAM

Experience with SAP Fiori and mobility solutions

Knowledge of Process mapping

Reliability and maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, backlog)

Experience in asset-intensive industries

Ability to lead functional teams
