Job summary

Aquent is seeking a seasoned SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) expert to design, implement, and optimize SAP EAM solutions in Houston, TX. You will drive end-to-end EAM configurations, blueprinting, data migration, testing, go-live, and post go-live support, ensuring asset reliability and operational efficiency.

Lead complex fit/gap analyses, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business functions to align EAM with strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise asset management design and delivery.
• Experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP EAM implementations.
• Experience integrating SAP modules with EAM and third-party apps.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Translate business requirements into system designs.
• Mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP EAM configuration and design for PM/SM/PS.
• Drive full lifecycle SAP EAM implementations.
• Translate requirements into comprehensive designs within SAP.
• Collaborate with EAM architects and leadership.
• Ensure requirements alignment throughout development.
• Liaise between stakeholders, vendors, PM, and tech teams.
• Manage engagement risks and budgets.
• Guide fit/gap analyses and design decisions.
• Provide expert consulting for new and ongoing projects.
• Offer ad-hoc training and end-user support.
• Mentor junior team members.
