Qualifications

• Hands-on functional configuration and design for SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM, PM/SM, PS).
• Own the full lifecycle implementation from requirements to go-live and support.
• Contribute to SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance processes and future-state design.
• Translate business requirements into SAP design documents and roadmaps.
• Experience with integrating SAP modules and third-party apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on functional configuration and design for SAP EAM (PM/SM, PS).
• Own the full lifecycle implementation: requirements, workshops, blueprinting, design, testing, cutover, data migration, go-live, training, and post-go-live support.
• Turn detailed requirements into SAP design documents and implement in SAP.
• Explain complex fit-gap analyses and ensure deviations have business justification.
• Mentor junior team members and liaise between client, vendors, and technical teams.
