Job summary

ElevationHR, LLC is seeking a Senior SAP EAM Functional Analyst for a 12-month consulting engagement in Downtown Houston. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on SAP EAM/PM configuration experience and can lead complex asset management implementations.

You will design and support SAP EAM/PM solutions, coordinate requirements workshops, manage data migration and cutover, and work with stakeholders across ERP modules. This hybrid role offers a competitive hourly rate and 1099 contractor terms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience designing, configuring, implementing, testing, and managing enterprise asset management systems.
• Hands-on SAP EAM functional configuration and solution design experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Service Management (SM), and Project System (PS).
• Participation in at least two full-cycle SAP greenfield and/or brownfield implementations.
• Experience converting mergers or acquisitions onto existing enterprise systems.
• Strong experience with SAP module integration, requirements analysis, functional documentation, data migration, and cutover activities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, presentation, and independent consulting skills.
• Downtown Houston hybrid schedule: onsite Mon–Thu; remote Fri.
• Houston-area candidates preferred; no relocation assistance provided.
• 12-month 1099 independent contractor engagement through ElevationHR.
• $104–$108/hour pay rate.

• Develop functional specifications, systems design documentation, and process recommendations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP architects, technical teams, vendors, and project managers.

• Advise on business-IT roadmaps, implementation risks, deliverables, and stakeholder approvals.
• Provide functional training, end-user support, and mentorship when required.

The ideal candidate brings both technical functional expertise and the ability to advise business stakeholders throughout the SAP implementation lifecycle.
