Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation-focused SAP architect to lead modern SAP development and Clean Core adoption. You will define extensibility models, govern architectural standards, and guide teams through ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, and BTP integration for complex client projects.

You will mentor delivery teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and shape solutions across global accounts, with travel as needed. A strong consulting background is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building SAP apps with S/4HANA ABAP and ABAP Cloud.
• 5+ years with SAP BTP tools and services (latest stack).
• 4+ years data modeling with CDS/AMDP/OData/related development.
• 4+ years SAP custom development using Clean Core, BTP, and side-by-side.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role (code reviews, workshops).
• Experience with Chemicals & Natural Resources industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate's, 6+ years work exp.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture for SAP custom development and extensibility.
• Define Clean Core strategy and 3-tier extensibility model; set standards.
• Lead workshops, reviews, and architecture sign-offs across global teams.
• Support pursuits, estimations, and present to senior client stakeholders.
• Travel may be required (0–100%) depending on business needs.
