Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks a senior SAP architect to own the technical architecture for custom SAP development and extensibility, defining the Clean Core strategy and 3-tier extensibility model. You will lead modern SAP development using ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, Fiori, and Generative AI Hub while guiding global delivery teams and advising client stakeholders with confidence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP development with S/4HANA ABAP and ABAP Cloud.
• 5+ years with SAP BTP tools and services.
• 4+ years data modelling with CDS, AMDP, or OData.
• 4+ years SAP development with Fiori-first, Clean Core, BTP side-by-side incl RAP.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience with Chemicals & Natural Resources industries.
• Experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12+ years).

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture for SAP custom development and extensibility.
• Provide thought leadership on ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, Fiori and Generative AI Hub.
• Lead the transition from classic ABAP to Clean Core and govern remediation and upgrades.
• Plan architecture workshops; own code reviews and sign-offs across global teams.
• Support pursuits, estimation and solution shaping; present to client architects and execs.
• Travel may be required (0–100%).
