Job summary

ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. is seeking a SAP Regional Deployment & Delivery Lead to drive regional deployment activities and ensure successful SAP solutions delivery across the Americas.

You will oversee project execution, readiness, and alignment with global templates while coordinating with business teams, site leads, and partners. The role requires strong SAP technical and development knowledge, plus excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills to guide decisions and ensure deployments

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP deployments and ERP implementation programs.
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA and related module integration.
• Ability to translate technical issues into business impact and drive decisions.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing or similar industries is a plus.
• Proven capability in stakeholder management across multiple sites.
• Familiarity with SAP development, interfaces, and data conversion.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional delivery discussions for SAP deployment and cutover planning.
• Act as escalation point for technical delivery risks impacting milestones.
• Coordinate with global template teams, site resources, and partners.
• Evaluate technical solutions for feasibility, scalability, and alignment with standards.
• Document and communicate technical decisions and action items.
• Guide ABAP, API, CPI, and Fiori development work.
• Support readiness reviews and technical deployment readiness across sites.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships and risk escalation.
