EY is seeking a Delivery Lead/Senior Manager to oversee large SAP implementations, coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.

You will manage timelines, costs, and quality, lead both technical and non-technical teams, and drive continuous improvement throughout the lifecycle. A bachelor’s degree is required, with 10+ years of SAP experience; travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with one or more SAP Modules.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience leading large SAP deployments across Consumer, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products sectors.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience in hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong skills in project and portfolio management tools, with understanding of project/value/finance/quality management.
• Familiarity with SDLC, contract/vendor management, and resource management within projects.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
