Job summary

EY is seeking an Delivery Lead to plan, drive, and manage large SAP implementations, establishing operating structures for large-scale programs and ensuring day-to-day delivery leads to successful outcomes for our clients and EY.

You will lead engagement delivery, manage client relationships, and be accountable for program management, budgeting, and outcomes. The role requires strong SAP experience and the ability to navigate hybrid and waterfall delivery methods.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience across modules.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Bear accountability for program/project management, ensuring all objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.
