• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years SAP experience with one or more SAP modules.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments across relevant sectors.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience with hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong project and portfolio management, finance, and quality understanding.
• Familiarity with SDLC, vendor management, and resource management.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
