Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP data migration leader to architect enterprise-grade migration strategies for S/4HANA transformations. You will guide end-to-end data migration programs, define methodologies and governance, and mentor a team of consultants and developers across functional domains.

The role requires hands-on experience with LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, and related tools, plus travel up to 0-100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years SAP experience with at least 5 years in lead data migration architect or program lead role
• 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, with at least 2 involving S/4HANA
• 3+ years leading or architecting migrations using SAP-native tooling (LTMC/LTMOM, SAP BODS, SAP SLT)
• 5+ years of cross-functional delivery team management
• Bachelor's degree or 12 years of work experience (or 6 years with Associate's degree)

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA transformations
• Define migration methodology, tooling selection, and governance frameworks
• Design data migration objects, rules, transformation logic, and cutover sequencing
• Oversee and mentor data migration consultants and developers
• Engage with data owners, functional leads, and IT stakeholders on data quality and sign-off
• Govern data migration tool configuration and ensure adherence to standards
• Lead migrations rehearsals, mock cutovers, and go-live execution
