Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP data migration leader to design and execute enterprise-grade migration strategies for S/4HANA transformations. You will architect end-to-end approaches, oversee multi-wave data cutovers, and guide delivery teams across functional domains.

You will partner with data owners, IT stakeholders, and client leadership to ensure data quality, governance, and successful go-lives while driving methodology and capability uplift across the practice.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in a lead data migration architect or data migration program lead role.
• A minimum of 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, with at least 2 involving S/4HANA.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience leading or architecting migrations using SAP-native tooling such as LTMC/LTMOM, SAP BODS, SAP SLT, or comparable enterprise migration platforms.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing cross-functional delivery teams in a program or workstream lead capacity.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate's Degree, then 6 years of work experience required).

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA transformations.
• Define migration methodology, tooling, and governance for large multi-wave programs.
• Design data migration objects, rules, transformations, and cutover sequencing across functional domains.
• Oversee and mentor data migration consultants and developers across workstreams.
• Engage with data owners and IT stakeholders to align on data quality and sign-off processes.
• Govern migration tool configuration and usage (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, Syniti) and ensure architecture standards.
• Lead migration rehearsals, mock cutovers, and go-live risk resolution.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and capability uplift.
