Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end migration strategy for large-scale ERP programs. You will lead onshore/offshore teams, engage senior stakeholders, and own the data migration lifecycle from planning through go-live.

The role requires 12+ years’ experience with 7+ years in SAP Data Migration, strong expertise in SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services (BODS), Syniti, and a proven track record delivering multi-country deployments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall experience in SAP data migration and ERP programs.
• 7+ years specializing in SAP Data Migration.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformations.
• Experience with data migration tools and mastery of data mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete data migration workstream end-to-end.
• Define migration strategies, assess and cleanse data, map source to target.
• Lead migration design, development, testing, and mock conversions.
• Coordinate with business, functional, and technical teams to ensure data quality and sign-off.
• Lead cutover planning and post-go-live support.
