Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP data migration leader to design enterprise-grade strategies for S/4HANA transformations, including greenfield, brownfield, and SDT scenarios. You will guide multi-wave migrations, define methodologies and governance, and oversee data migration objects and cutover sequencing.

You will mentor a team of consultants, engage with client data owners, and ensure data quality and adherence to migration standards across FI, CO, MM, and more. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in a lead data migration architect or program lead role.
• A minimum of 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, with at least 2 involving S/4HANA (greenfield or brownfield).
• A minimum of 3 years leading or architecting migrations using SAP-native tooling such as LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, or comparable platforms.
• A minimum of 5 years managing cross-functional delivery teams in a program or workstream lead capacity.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Define migration methodology, tooling selection, and governance for large-scale programs.
• Design data migration objects, rules, transformation logic, and cutover sequencing across domains.
• Mentor data migration consultants and developers to ensure quality.
• Engage with data owners and IT stakeholders to align on data quality standards.
• Govern tool configuration (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, Syniti) and standards adherence.
• Lead migrations, rehearsals, and go-live risk management.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and practice development.
