Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Supervisor SAP Customer Master Data & Analytics to lead governance and data quality for Customer Master Data across SAP S/4HANA and integrated systems. You will partner with Finance, CS, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure accurate data for OTC execution and regulatory compliance.

You will manage 3–5 analysts, drive DSP workflows, and deliver data-driven insights and KPI reporting to executives. Strong leadership and SQL/Power BI expertise are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or Data & Analytics.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC processes and cross-functional partnerability.
• Proven ability to influence, drive change, and operate in a global matrixed org.
• Experience leading data quality and governance initiatives with governance and compliance focus.
• Project management skills, including Smartsheet or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Master Data vision, roadmap, and governance framework across SAP S/4HANA and integrated systems.
• Serve as senior PDMT contact for Customer Master Data across CS, Supply Chain, Pricing, Finance/AR, Commercial, and IT.
• Define global data standards, stewardship practices, and data quality controls for accuracy and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in Customer Master Data processes with standardization and agility.
• Oversee DSP operating models, including intake, validation, approvals, stewardship, and audits.
• Lead DSP workflows to ensure timely processing and SLA adherence.
• Support end-to-end project delivery for SAP enhancements and data remediation.
• Lead medium-to-large initiatives using Smartsheet project management.
• Maintain Customer Master Data SOPs and country variants with system enhancements.
• Deliver executive reporting and analytics on data quality KPIs.
