Job summary

AbbVie Inc. seeks a Director to lead the enterprise SAC Reporting & Analytics COE, defining a long‑term strategy, governance and operating model across units.

You will standardize methodologies, testing, documentation and user enablement while building sustainable capabilities for current and future SAC deployments. You will manage 3 direct and 6 indirect reports, partner with Finance leadership, and drive adoption of standardized analytics and reporting practices across AbbVie’s global

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in finance transformation and reporting governance.
• Deep understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and enterprise planning platforms.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional initiatives and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership for reporting, analytics and visualization in SAC.
• Define the enterprise vision and roadmap for reporting and analytics in SAC.
• Establish dashboard design standards and KPI definitions.
• Develop governance, testing practices and release management processes.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between Finance, IT and Business units.
• Build and scale governance and knowledge assets for future programs.
