Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Sr Travel & Expense Program Analyst in Cary, NC to support the SAP Concur platform, card programs and expense policies. You will partner with Accounting, Treasury, IT, and Strategic Sourcing to ensure compliant, efficient travel and expense workflows.

The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and process improvements, with a focus on risk-based reviews and user support across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in travel and expense administration or related finance operations.
• Experience with enterprise expense-management platforms; SAP Concur preferred.
• Experience reviewing transactions for policy compliance and resolving exceptions.
• Experience analyzing data and preparing reports.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to support employees and leaders.

Responsabilités

• Administer day-to-day operations of SAP Concur expense management platform; configure workflows and approvals.
• Implement policy changes and support testing and deployment of enhancements.
• Maintain procedures, user guides and related documentation.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and support integrations with IT and providers.
• Manage corporate AmEx card eligibility, issuance and account maintenance.
• Coordinate virtual payment processes and resolve cardholder issues with treasury and external providers.
• Monitor outstanding/unsubmitted card transactions and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide training and guidance on SAP Concur and expense procedures.
• Conduct risk-based expense reviews and identify compliance risks and savings opportunities.
• Document exceptions and monitor corrective actions through resolution.
• Prepare recurring expense activity reports and analyze spend trends.
