Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks a Senior Platform Leader for SAP Basis to define end-to-end SAP platform strategy across multi-workstream transformation programs, including S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield, BTP, and AMS steady state, ensuring architectural coherence from design through hypercare and handover.

Qualifications

• 8+ years SAP Basis experience in enterprise programs.
• 3+ years multi-geography SAP landscapes in transformation/AMS.
• 3+ years client relationship ownership at CIO/IT Director level.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ Basis professionals.
• Chemicals & Natural Resources industry experience.
• Executive communication and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• SAP certification and familiarity with AI-native architecture.
• Experience with SAP RISE model and AMS contracts.
• Familiarity with hyperscaler tooling in SAP cloud operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end SAP platform strategy across multi-workstream programs.
• Lead enterprise-scale SAP landscape architecture decisions.
• Set platform engineering standards and governance frameworks.
• Own commercial and delivery relationship for Basis scope on roadmaps and SLAs.
• Represent platform perspective in program governance.
• Travel may be required (0–100%).
