Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior SAP Basis Platform leader to define and own end-to-end SAP platform strategy across multi-workstream transformation programs, including S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield, BTP/cloud extension, and AMS steady state.

You will lead enterprise-scale SAP landscape architecture decisions, set engineering standards, and manage client relationships at CIO/IT Director level, guiding a team of 20+ Basis professionals across multiple engagements. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SAP Basis, with 3+ S/4HANA transformations in senior leadership.
• 5+ years across SAP Basis domain: HANA, HA/DR, security, and cloud infra.
• 3+ years managing multi-geography SAP landscapes including RISE and hybrid cloud.
• 3+ years owning CIO/IT Director relationships with SLA accountability.
• Experience leading 20+ Basis professionals across engagements.
• Experience with Chemicals & Natural Resources clients is a plus.
• Strong executive communication and cross-team influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end SAP platform strategy across multi-workstreams.
• Lead enterprise-scale SAP landscape architecture decisions and sizing.
• Set platform engineering standards, governance, and incident management.
• Own commercial and delivery relation for Basis scope on roadmaps and SLAs.
• Represent the platform in governance, steering committees, and risk forums; travel may be 0–100%.
