Job summary

Accenture is seeking a SAP senior developer to lead design, build, and testing of custom SAP solutions on S/4HANA and BTP. You will use ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, Fiori, and Clean Core to deliver modern, extensible SAP applications.

You will drive the transition to Clean Core, mentor delivery teams, and run architecture workshops while collaborating with global stakeholders. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).
• 5+ years in SAP development with S/4HANA ABAP and ABAP Cloud.
• 3+ years with SAP BTP tools and services.
• 3+ years data modeling using CDS views, AMDP, or OData.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role (code reviews, architecture sign-offs).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and test of SAP custom development on S/4HANA and BTP using ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, Fiori, and Clean Core.
• Drive transition from classic ABAP to Clean Core; guide custom-code remediation and API adoption.
• Own technical design for workstreams; conduct code reviews, architecture sign-offs, and design workshops.
• Leverage Generative AI Hub / Joule Studio to infuse SAP Business AI where applicable.
• Mentor global delivery teams and communicate across levels; travel may be required (0–100%).
