Job summary

Accenture's SAP practice seeks a transformation-focused SAP developer with deep ABAP Cloud and S/4HANA experience in a consulting setting. You will design and implement extensibility solutions, lead technical workshops, and mentor global delivery teams across geographies.

You will apply Clean Core, CAP, Fiori and RAP patterns while advancing SAP Business AI initiatives. Travel may be required in line with client needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP development on S/4HANA ABAP (NetWeaver 7.4/7.5) and ABAP Cloud.
• 3+ years with SAP BTP tools and services (latest Application Development and Automation stack).
• 3+ years data modeling with CDS views, AMDP, or OData.
• 3+ years SAP custom development using Fiori-first, Clean Core, and BTP side-by-side with RAP.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role (code reviews, architecture sign-offs).
• Experience with Chemicals & Natural Resources clients.
• Experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and test of SAP custom development and extensibility on S/4HANA and BTP, primarily using ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, Fiori, and Clean Core methodologies.
• Drive the transition from classic ABAP to Clean Core; guide custom-code remediation and released-API adoption.
• Own technical design for workstreams; conduct code reviews, architecture sign-offs, and design workshops.
• Leverage Generative AI Hub / Joule Studio to infuse development with SAP Business AI where applicable.
• Guide and mentor global delivery teams; travel may be required 0–100% depending on business need.
