Cole Haan is seeking a Senior Manager, SAP Applications Engineering to lead the SAP portfolio across Retail and Supply Chain. You will own the technical approach, engineering standards, team development and performance of partners, ensuring clean releases and measurable impact on business processes.

The role requires deep SAP experience in apparel/retail contexts, strong vendor management, and hands-on capability to guide integration patterns and data flows while aligning with business

Formación

• The lead must have 8+ years in technical delivery or related fields.
• Experience delivering SAP for apparel or fashion-focused retail is required.
• Proven ability to manage vendor performance and offshore resources.
• Strong leadership, governance and program management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical approach, standards and release readiness for SAP applications.
• Coordinate cross-functional development resources across SAP, integrations and IT teams.
• Drive architecture decisions, data mappings and environment plans.
• Manage platform health, backlog prioritization and release cadence.
• Lead a team of senior engineers, coaching and workforce planning.
• Ensure readiness for releases including environments, testing, cutover and hypercare.
