Job summary

Clarkston Consulting is seeking a contract Senior SAP and Analytics Recruiter. This 3-4 month opportunity involves managing full-cycle recruiting for experienced professionals, leading SAP/Analytics searches, and partnering with hiring managers to craft effective recruitment strategies.

You will develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and maintain candidate engagement while navigating multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting for technical or consulting roles.
• Experience recruiting SAP professionals.
• Experience recruiting Analytics, Data, BI, Data Science, or related tech professionals.
• Proven ability to build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle for experienced professionals and consulting roles.
• Lead recruiting for SAP, Analytics, Data, and other tech-focused positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate requirements into recruiting strategies.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage candidates.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs with ongoing candidate engagement.
• Evaluate candidates based on technical capabilities, consulting experience, and leadership skills.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers with market insights and pipeline status.
• Coordinate interview processes and maintain timely communication with candidates and interview teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Workable and related systems.
• Support Employee Referral program and other TA initiatives.
• Contribute to recruiting projects, marketing, reporting and market research.
• Collaborate with Steward Operations to support Clarkston's talent strategy.
• Foster an inclusive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Perform additional recruiting or talent-related duties as needed.

What You'll Do

As a Senior SAP and Analytics Recruiter (Contract) at Clarkston you will:

• Manage the full recruiting and hiring life cycle for experienced professional and consulting positions, including sourcing, candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and new hire transition
• Lead recruiting efforts for SAP, Analytics, Data, and other technology-focused consulting roles
• Partner closely with internal business leaders and hiring managers to understand technical requirements, consulting competencies, and hiring priorities
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified passive and active candidates
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs, ensuring consistent and meaningful candidate engagement
• Evaluate candidates based on relevant technical capabilities, consulting experience, leadership competencies, and alignment with role requirements
• Provide hiring managers with regular recruiting updates, market insights, pipeline information, and recommendations
• Coordinate interview processes and support timely, consistent communication among candidates and interview teams
• Maintain accurate candidate status, recruiting activity, and notes within Workable and other recruiting systems
• Support the firm's Employee Referral program and other talent acquisition initiatives
• Assist with recruiting-related projects, including job description creating, recruiting marketing initiatives, reporting, and talent market research
• Collaborate with Steward Operations colleagues to support Clarkston's broader talent strategy
• Help create an inclusive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
• Perform other recruiting or talent-related responsibilities as business needs evolve

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success recruiting experienced technical or consulting professionals
• Demonstrated experience recruiting SAP professionals, including the ability to understand and differentiate SAP functional and/or technical skill sets
• Experience recruiting Analytics, Data, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Data Science, or related technology professionals
• Proven ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and build pipelines for specialized or difficult-to-fill position
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to translate business needs into effective recruiting strategies
• Strong candidate assessment skills and the ability to evaluate technical experience, consulting capabilities, and transferable skills
• Experience managing multiple open positions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, Microsoft Office tools, and other recruiting-related technology; experience with Workable is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education, professional experience, and demonstrated recruiting capabilities
