Job summary

Clarkston Consulting is seeking a contract Senior SAP and Analytics Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for experienced professionals and consultants. This role focuses on SAP, Analytics, Data, and other technology-focused consulting hiring, partnering with leaders to understand requirements and build talent pipelines.

The contract is initially 3–4 months with potential extension or conversion based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical or consulting roles.
• Experience recruiting SAP, analytics, data, BI, or related tech.
• Proven ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and pipelines.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers to translate needs into actions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for experienced professionals and consultants.
• Lead recruiting for SAP, Analytics, Data, and tech-focused roles.
• Partner with leaders to understand requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage passive and active candidates.
• Build pipelines and maintain candidate engagement for current and future needs.
• Evaluate candidates for technical capability, consulting experience, and leadership.
• Provide updates and market insights to hiring managers and interview teams.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Workable and other systems.
• Support referral programs and talent acquisition initiatives.
