Job summary

Clarkston Consulting is seeking a contract Senior SAP and Analytics Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for experienced professionals and consulting roles, primarily from a home office with occasional visits to the Durham, NC area.

This 3-4 month engagement offers the chance to shape talent pipelines, collaborate with business leaders, and support strategic hiring initiatives across SAP, Analytics, and data disciplines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience specializing in technical/consulting roles.
• Proven SAP recruitment experience and ability to differentiate SAP functional vs technical skills.
• Experience recruiting Analytics, Data, BI, Data Science, or related tech professionals.
• Ability to develop sourcing strategies and build pipelines for difficult roles.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to translate business needs into recruiting strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting life cycle for experienced professionals and consulting roles.
• Lead recruiting for SAP, Analytics, Data, and other technology-focused consulting roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Evaluate candidates based on technical capabilities and leadership.
• Provide hiring updates, market insights, and pipeline information.
• Coordinate interview processes and maintain candidate status in systems.
• Support Employee Referral and other talent initiatives.
• Contribute to recruiting projects such as job descriptions, marketing, reporting.
• Collaborate with Steward Operations to support talent strategy.
• Create an inclusive candidate experience.
• Perform other recruiting responsibilities as needed.
